Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked; then sorted and de-stemmed in the cellar. Fermented with native yeasts in open vats. Macerated for about 2 weeks. Spends 8 months in vats and barriques.

Top drawer syrah
Wonderful fresh, full, sappy, peppery, revitalising and life affirming syrah. This is a total joy to drink. I am a big fan of the grape and have tried it from many wine regions of the world but this is the style I always come back to; the sweet black fruit, complexity and savouriness of the grape with no obtrusive oak. For me, a pure expression of syrah.
