Orders are delivered by DPD, in our opinion the best courier service available, with state-of-the-art tracking and careful handling. DPD will send your parcel tracking information once they have received your order from us. You'll get a further notification on the day of delivery, and have options for what to do with your parcel in the event that you are not in. Carbon Neutral, Plastic Free
We work with DPD because of their Carbon Neutral promise and the way they track, report and externally audit their impact, then offset their CO2. The delivery of all our orders are therefore Carbon Neutral. Equally, we do not use plastic pellets or plastic air bags. Our orders are packaged in fully recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging. The sturdy “eggbox” packaging that protects our bottles can be re-used as planters for your garden or put into the compost bin.
We are continuing ongoing research and are working to find ways to improve our packaging with other plastic free solutions, as well as find viable alternatives for tape (we currently use almost entirely recyclable paper tape) to further reduce our impact.

* Sorry, Express Delivery isn't available in northern parts of Scotland (roughly, anywhere north of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen), in Northern Ireland or the islands.
Also, because of the obscene levels of both tax and paperwork involved, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, or anywhere outside the UK. Desolé, entschuldigung, lo siento, scusa!
Sending gifts
There is an option to add a gift message to any order. Because our packaging is designed above all else to get your bottles to the other end in one piece we don't offer a gift wrap option, but your gift will be carefully packed with your gift message and no delivery note or pricing.

Returns and refunds
Everything should reach you in tip-top condition and perfect for your drinking pleasure. If there are any issues at all with your drinks, or if you just change your mind, don't worry, contact us and we'll arrange an immediate refund or replacement.
